  • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes, you can cancel your order up to an hour after the purchase.
  • Can I return or exchange my order?
    Currently, there are no refunds or exchanges available. However, any errors made by our process will be corrected, and if the merchandise you received is deemed defective, you may be entitled to a refund. If a refund is granted, your purchase payment method will be credited.
  • How do I report a defective product?
    Please contact us at help@prayandgototherapy.com and include a photo of the products clearly displaying the defect along with your name, order number, and email address as they appear on the invoice. Please note that color differences are not a defect.
  • What if I received the wrong product?
    We apologize for the inconvenience and would like the opportunity to make it right. Please contact us at help@prayandgototherapy.com and include a photo of the incorrect products along with your name, order number, and email address as they appear on the invoice. We will send the correct product to you ASAP. You will receive a discount for your next order.
  • How should I care for my items?
    We recommend washing garments inside out in warm or cold water on the delicate cycle, then hanging them to dry. Avoid bleaching and tumble drying. Avoid touching the pattern or design directly with iron. Ironing from the inside out will extend the life of the design.
